I decided to fix these problems and then post the corrected piece. I added some cheesecloth to get rid of the vertical line, then I added a circle uder the legs of the woman on the lower left. The photo belowis of the corrected version. I took it without benefit of whole camera, tripod, lights setup as I need my husband for those and he's busy making his own art today. Not as defined, but you get the idea right?
I don't know why I don't study the photos before I send them off to exhibits. Actually I do know why, I'm in to much of a hurry to finish it off and start on the next piece. One thing I learned in the Benn, Morgan workshop is to take my time every step of the way. I started working on a piece right after I came home from Ohio, and I have the background up on the wall, but I'm struggling with the message. I don't mind this time though, and I'm not in any hurry, I think about it every day while I'm working on other things, I write about it, and I'm really just enjoying the process.
The piece above is titled "Perspective"

Point number one: your piece is so very strong and should have been accept in its first incarnation.
Point number two: the changes are quite effective. But see point number one.
