Lost City

I'm just back from Ohio, the Nancy Crow Barn class with Claire Benn and Leslie Morgan. I'll post a few pictures from there later, but I wanted to share this piece with you. Our challange in the Twelve by 12 group this time was shelter http://www.twelveby12.blogspot.com/, and this was my entry. This is Machu Picchu and it was made using painted interfacing for the background and then thermofaxing the top on with a photo I took when I was there. If you want more info, check out the site above.

Karen - Six days later and it is your birthday! Hope it is an extra special day. And I hope you find time soon to post some photos from your Ohio workshop. Enjoy, Del

Hi Karen, I love the work on your web site! Did you do you own site? Didn't you stay for the second week with Carol S. or Nancy?
